Anyway, I took it to a jeweller (an AD) and they say it will cost 0 to repair. I need to replace the crystal glass, service and fix the dial. The replacement crystal was 0. However, they wouldn’t just replace the crystal they had to service it too. In her case the watch dropped on a ceramic floor and shattered the crystal. So they wouldn’t touch the piece without insuring it was perfect. So it ended up costing 8 to get the crystal replaced. New to Rolex as i inherited my father vintage 16013 36mm Rolex. Just want to ask if there are replacement of the concave crystal in sapphire. The original is acrylic and been scratched badly.
