rolex yacht master 16622 review
I personally own the 116622 with blue dial and couldn't be more pleased with it. I .One other factor is that the bracelet on the 168622 is narrower than that of a datejust; 14mm . I personally own the 116622 with blue dial and couldn't be more pleased with it. I love Rolex as a brand, but felt several of their pieces were just too common in the wild. Submariners and DJ just seem to be everywhere and I wanted a piece on my wrist that I was unlikely to see on anyone else. For me, the Yacht-Master fit that bill.
However, the Rolex Yacht-Master 16622 does get more wrist time than my Sea-Dweller or Datejust, when it comes to Rolex. The Yacht-Master 16622 is an under-appreciated and therefore underrated watch, in my opinion. Pros. an untypical Rolex! a fluid, delicate and light line around the wrist. a multitasking use. Note the clasps aren't closed, they're hanging down below my arm.
In my opinion the Rolex Yacht Master 16622 is a lot of watch for the money. You get precious metals, flashy looks, stunning dial, reliable movement, beautiful finishing and modern looks for around 8,000 USD or 400k pesos. The Yachtmaster is designed as a higher-end luxury sports watch - with the introduction of Platinum and Everose Gold used on its bi-directional bezel. Later in 1999, Rolex introduced the 16622.

The fact that there are fewer of them than Daytonas or Submariners means you’re wearing something a little more out of the ordinary.Discover the Yacht-Master 40 watch in Oystersteel and platinum on the Official Rolex site. Model:m126622-0001.Submariner, GMT-Master, Explorer all want RRP or more. But not the Yacht-Master 16622. A new steel and platinum Yacht-Master is getting on for £10,000 new, with the updated blue and rhodium dials, but not the old faithful 16622. That you can have for closer to £7,000, less if you look hard. Finally got one of my dream watches the Yacht-Master 16622. I've always wanted one of these and in particular the earlier ones. Mine is a 2002 and the earlier 16622's actually had slight differences in text and dial finish.
